I wonder what people eat on average per day. Like what you all have eaten yesterday? I send my:

1 1 / 2 cups of popcorn
Subway 6-inch chicken sub teriaki:
-Honey Loaf
Lettuce
Tomato 's
Onions
Green Peppers
Sweet Onion Sauce
3 ounces Cheetos
Campbell Soup to go for broccoli
5 Ritz crackers

Well, I do not know exactly how you measure, but what we had:
Instant Cream of Wheat (strawberry)
Water
Links on the slice of pizza
Plum
Pineapple Yoghurt
Chicken
Filler
Baked potato
Cottage cheese
Salad

When I started logging what I ate, I realized how much food I freaking makes me a little upset (I've stopped the logging - only by laziness ..) but what I did yesterday:

Cinnamin Fiber One Pop Tart

Sensations Seasfood feet 6 inches
Salad
Spinach
Tomatoes
Cucumber

Whatever the dessert with cream cheese and crushed OREO much higher standing (clay?)

So, unfortunately (I was not hungry), I had a meal with 2 pieces of KFC chicken with sides of potato mash and gravy and a side of Mac & Cheese

When I was still in my collection cycle is what I ate (which more than 4000 CAL):

Eating 1: 4 pieces of chicken, whole grain bread, fruit, water and juices

Meal 2: Whey Protein (milk) and some fruit and whole grain bread

Food 3: How Meal 1

Meal 4: How Meal 2

Meal 5: How Meal 2 a.m. to 4 p.m. execption that the use of water for whey protein (fast absorption) after my training

Meal 6: A slow digestion of proteins (insomnia), Turkey Legs, 8-ounce steak, or just 4 pieces of chicken thighs.

I tried to drink 2 liters of water per day, but I was too lazy, I was always swollen.

I had 16 weeks long to load for my bike, my cutting cycle was 8 weeks, and I had to eat less than 2,000 calories.

And the results? My carved 8 packages, please call me "cement blocks, large carved arms, chest Player (that can move up and down), and a pleasant Chizzle back.
